The console I was wanting for a Christmas present was in stock and on sale. Shipped rather fast, only thing that slowed it down was customs. Will definitely be ordering another handheld or 2 since pretty much every anbernic handheld is stocked. Good experience. 2 thumbs up

Good store with a great support staff! Had a minor issue with my order and the support staff quickly got back to me. Would buy from again.

The order process and delivery time UK to France (via DPD/Chronopost) was quite fast. Tax / Import handling and payment was easy and fast through DPD service. Just one unlucky thing and maybe not the fault of DroiX, one of my ordered Anbernic RG353M device had a tiny scratch on the display. Sad thing, but with the protector glass less visible. Overall the customer service is great and friendly. I highly recommend ordering at DroiX, even when it is more expensive than in China, but the faster delivery, return policy and service is much better.
