Precommandée en janvier, la console a eu un peu de retard de la part du constructeur, mais le service client de DroiX a toujours repondu present à mes demande, generalement dans la demi journée. Un service au top rien à redire, premiere commande chez eux, je n'hesiterai pas à l'avenir.

Delivered on time. No damage in transit. The power pin was two pin and not three. Sent an email at 4PM on the day I received it and the following day received the correct one. Plugged it in and it works.

I bought a device recently which unfortunately was defective on arrival. Nothing to do with DroiX and they were very attentive in providing a range of possible options for resolution including a full refund. I can't fault their customer service.
