I would have to say that the service provided was most excellent. When I placed my order for a GPD Win Max 2 gaming mini-laptop, there was a hiccup with my bank. The customer service of Droix helped not only to reply speedily, but also answered questions I had and even was patient when I pestered with asking for updates. You may expect some delays if sending something to the US, but my package arrived in excellent condition. The website is easy enough to use, though one should be aware that their selections change from time to time. All-in-all!
