Not satisfied at all. Orders on December 16 for Christmas present and shows it will not arrive until the 29th or later. May have to return as have had to find a different gift

The DJI 4 Pro is an outstanding piece of technology - top-notch quality, easy to operate, and it arrived incredibly fast. I’ve been really happy with the drone itself and the shipping experience. What dampened the experience, though, was receiving a promotional email shortly after my purchase, advertising a sale on the exact model I bought. I reached out to ask if the price difference could be honoured or if I could receive a credit, but was told this wasn’t possible due to DJI’s own pricing policy. While I understand policies are in place for a reason, it’s disappointing as a customer to learn you just missed a deal - especially when that deal is promoted directly by the company. Suppressing promotional emails for recent buyers could go a long way in preventing this kind of frustration. Product: 5 stars Customer experience: 3 stars

After placing an order I was called and informed it could be about 2 weeks for delivery. It was 2 months and in spite of having partial shipment available and requested shipping it was held back

Poor shipping

Drone is amazing, the use of is awful
