I didn’t mean to leave a review, but your team has been asking me to put one through a few emails already, so here’s my honest feedback. I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I even asked several times what exactly was done, and all your technician could say was that the screw was difficult to remove. My friend, $200 to remove and reinstall a single screw—something that costs just a few cents on Amazon—is not reasonable. I paid for quality service, which I never received. On top of that, the screws added to my drone were not original for my model—if you check, the DJI Mini 5 Pro uses black screws, but these were from older models. The customer service experience was also frustrating. Every time I opened the door, a different person tried to handle my case, and no one seemed fully responsible or informed. I don’t think that’s the proper way to deal with clients. I’m just giving feedback because you’ve been asking for it; I honestly didn’t want to spend my energy writing all this. Overall, the experience was disappointing, overpriced, and did not meet my expectations.

Terrible way of doing business

battery wont take a full charge out of the box, going on a trip right away with it so no time to exchange, i will have to make do. \not impressed for the price i paid
