Half of the disposable vapes were bad.

Make no mistake I’m a longtime customer… but having to get packages sent to my legal name is incredibly humiliating, as a transgender man. There has to be a better way to verify age other than the ID matching the shipping address! It almost wouldn’t let me order because I had my actual name instead of my legal name for the shipping address.

The unit I received does not work well with any of the tanks I have that are made for this type unit. The tank can not be screwed all the way on because the battery will activate. Maybe I should get a refund

I ordered pods that ended up being defective but I can't return them because: 1 I didn't open product till after 5 day return policy(I had some pods left from other order) 2 they consider pods as consumable so aren't returnable sucks. I never had I problem with this site before but I had nothing but trouble with this order. Order wasn't delivered to me because I didn't answer the door fast enough(have broken ankle) and pods are all defective but I can't even get some of my money back because of the consumable rule & 5 day return rule.

Shipping is slow. Still have not received
