Discount Vape Pen

I didn't receive my Yocan evolve D. And 2 of the evolve D plus's I ordered died on me. I tried everything I could to contact a person. But there is no phone connection only internet. You need to have a way other than the internet to contact you. I am disappointed cause I have been using your service for awhile.

I bought 4pens I only used 1and it worked for 2 days,then nothing I certaintanly hope the others work and it said I would be charged shipping to send it back so I didn't bother.

Not top quality so feel it’s not worth $20 maybe $10. For those who like to take one or two puffs it’s fine but needs charging at least 1x a day for daily multi times users. It does also NOT hold large amounts of product well so use just a bit. Am very disappointed you no longer carry the knock off micro g pen 2 pack pens anymore. That was my favorite & this was just ordered because those were not available.

Ordered a Mystica. 1. Did not realize it came with NO tank. I suppose “regulars” already know this, but this info, along with specific tank options/information should be displayed with the unit. Also, info like “ standard 510” mean nothing to first time purchasers without further explanation. 2. Unit came with absolutely no directions. - really??? Did notice the chamber glows red when I plug it in. Maybe I can use it for a nite lite while I’m waiting for the cartridge I didn’t know I had to order separately. Of course, this will give me some time to check the Internet and YouTube for some directions. Did come with a very slick “Discount Vape Pen” business card. Would have been even nicer if it had a phone numer on it. Needless to say, very disappointed with my purchasing experience.

In the description for this battery there was no mention that it is not rechargeable!!! This battery is a huge disappointment to me considering the price I paid for it. It eats batteries like it's going out of style. The daily Vapor such as myself my batteries won't even last a week. Which amounts to a small fortune over the course of a year using this stupid battery. Because Vapors assume all batteries are rechargeable. So it's not out of the realm of reasonability that I should assume it was rechargeable. And if I can return it I would. But I imagine since the package is open and I used it I can't return it now. It's so now I'm stuck with a $75 useless piece of crap thank you. And speaking of $75 I was to receive a discount and my total was supposed to be $67.50. But you went ahead and didn't give me my discount and charge me for the full $75. So being a brand new customer needs us to say we're not off to a good start.
