Fast Service for a small Item Ordered but I assume it would be the same for any order.

I am a residential homeowner that placed an order for some cat5e cable and associated equipment and tools (to run cat5e in several locations through my home). One item (the cable) was out of stock. I received an email informing me of this, and so called the customer service number. I was connected immediately with a rep. who helped me find a replacement product which was just as good and cheaper than my original selection! All this occurred during the COVID quarantine. I was very amazed and pleased at the easy access to a live rep., the assistance offered, and the prompt delivery of my products! I would highly recommend this site to any homeowner.
