I needed to make an emergency line repair and DLV came to the rescue. I was busy and didn’t check my email while they were trying to ask me a question about my rush order. They actually looked me up on the web to try to get a phone number and call me. It turns out I had messed up my order and they fixed it and still got it out that day (with minutes to spare) for an overnight shipment. Great service!!!
