Before Decibullz mail the headphone to me, they double checked with me if I have placed a wrong order or additional replacement mold unit, which I did!! I really appreciate they reach out to me before mailing it and made things so easy! And the mold fits perfectly to my girlfriend’s ear. What’s best, it can be remolded if the first attempt kinda fail, like we did. Thank you Decibullz

I have two pair of ear plugs which work great. I have the gel plugs when I desire near total reduction of noise and the other ones for partial such as when I am hunting. Decibullz customer support helped me with an issue and were superb and took care of my question.

I have two sets of the wired Contour and 2 sets of the wireless, both Gen1, and they are always my go to earphones. They sound great and they are super comfortable. When traveling I have Bose NC earphones but I always back a set of Decibulz. My most comfortable earphones and I probably have 15 pairs to judge by.
