I love my earbuds from them, and they have always been high quality. when they broke, the 1 year warranty came in handy and I got help from the Customer Service pretty much instantly.

I found interesting your product, but information on web site are not complete and do not fulfill all technical expectations: not possible to understand what the center cup function is... not possible to understand if this kind of protection is a simple protection for daily use or suitable for specific applications (shooting's sessions for me) All in all: don't know if it will protect my ears during shooting's sessions... I guess I will not buy...

Love them, perfect mold, great for working out

Personally, as someone who can't make earbuds work, Decibullz is the only product I go to for headphones that are practical, comfortable and sound good. On top of that, whenever I've blown a headphone, their customer service has always been really accommodating in allowing me to buy just the headphones without the earbuds. Highly recommended.
