Ideal isn’t bad, but I bought two pairs and ended up going through five pairs (replacements) and receiving a refund in the end. Shame, as I was a kickstarter backer, so in from the beginning. In the end, poorly executed and a waste of time.

Was not very impressed. I have smaller ears and it was a real pain to get them molded. I never got them molded so they would stay in my ears.

I was an original backer for the first product, however the wired headphones started to degrade. The wire that connects to the headphone jack started to separate inside the rubber coating. There is no outer physical damage or any signs of wear. The outcome is the music cuts in and out and sometimes music only comes from one ear bud and not the other. I contacted customer service for advice. Customer service stated the warranty is passed and nothing they could do. So much for a replacement, repair, or discount code for another paid. They told me I would have to buy another set. I truly regret backing this company. And after reading other reviews I would advise other to not buy any products.

Initially, my Decibullz earbuds were fantastic. I used them for running and listening to music while on my laptop. However, since purchasing them about three months ago, they have broken twice. I requested a replacement, but the replacement broke too. Now, the company will not work with me to obtain a refund.
