My custom molded earphones that I purchased from the FTC New West Fest did not work. They cracked and cut out. As requested by Clay, I returned them to the store for replacement. When there, the credit card (Boyfriends card) was refunded and I wanted to pay the difference to uograde. I walked out eaither paying $108 with MY money or nothing. I wasn't offered ANYTHING to make it right. I will never recommend this company. Customer service sucked. Wendy B

Not sure what I'm reviewing. My company needed some info regarding ur product shipping samples etc. So far no response. So I guess you are not very interested. Hence this review seems very empty thought I guess.. Raji

The picture of the product MRI and the video that I watched showed a mold came with product so you could do it again if it was not right the first time. It did not come with the mold

I've had to return two pairs after 3 months of use each. Both have broke unexpectedly without any signs of physical damage. If I could get my money back I would.

The volume control doesn't work with my mp3 player and they fall out of my ears. I am told that they can tell me how to remold them, and that seems to be all that they have to offer me. I purchased them because I was hoping that with them filling the ear, I could block out external noise, and not have to have the music up so loud to drown out my environment. They are no different than my $8 pair of earbud/earphones.
