Absolutely terrible hearing protection.

ordered item missing parts I ask for help but did not recive

Even after re-molding them, still did not working. I went back to my cheap ear plugs from Walmart! Ugh

I bought them for sleeping and even when customized for my ears, they are still too hard and bulky for sleeping. I'd return them if I could!

I tried contacting customer service about my dissatisfaction with this product and was unable to get in contact with anyone. I would have liked to get my money back because I feel that the product is not worth the price. I have difficulty sleeping due to my husband's snoring and I have tried foam earplugs from the drugstore without success. I was hesitant, but I decided to spend the extra money and purchase your earplugs. When I did, I found that the sound protection was not as good as the foam earplugs I bought from the drugstore for a fraction of the price. Needless to say, I was disappointed that I had spent the extra money unnecessarily.
