still trying to resolve this

Brilliant concept but the sound in one ear piece has stopped working.

Was happy with functionality f the product but not pleased that it only lasted about the length of the warranty.

dealing with customer service in regards to buying wholesale, horrible response time and never getting back. only one person able to handle any questions. then i had to order on line. poor communication. i didn't know if my order was received until the next day. there should be a email stating the order was received and that i would receive an email when the order was shipped. Also you didnt give any time frame/reference of when the items would be received. no clue of where you ship from and i had a deadline i needed to meet. terrible customer service, i would have never ordered from you if my client didn't want your product. i would never choose to order from you again no matter how good your product was.

Headphones fell apart with 6months. You do not offer free return shipping so I was going to have to pay to have them shipped back to be repalced/repaired. Amazon reviews confirm the failure is not an isolated incident. I asked to just have a new set sent to me as that's what a warranty should be for. I was not going to pay to ship them so they could be repaired. Very disappointed with a $60 pair of headphones.
