Hi I have sent back the ear plugs twice now to them fixed for sound issues. The 2nd time I sent them I asked either for a refund or to have the cable non -bluetooth set sent since the bluetooth connection was also an issue. I was told that none of those were an option since I had backed this via kickstarter (you'd think the people who are first to back you should have those options and not just customers who buy them once its fully funded). Moreover, I still haven't received back the headset since it was sent out ~5 weeks ago....

Amazon did not except return, email them they send back to amazon

I still need the correct molds for the decibulz headphones...
