Had trouble molding one ear, finally got it right. Didn't seem to be any better than foam ear plugs and certainly not as good as muffs.

Used it over the weekend...battery discharges too fast , after 1 week of use the head set stopped working all together. Didn't receive all that i ordered. Customer service is bad ..wont replace parts. They told me to send in the broken one, i will see what happens.

Had to return the ear plugs twice for fixing. The second time I returned them it has taken over 4 months now and still no ear plugs... wouldn't refund, wouldn't exchange for a standard cable ear plug instead of Bluetooth. They pointed me to usps to follow up and it's very difficult to get hold of them if you're international. The most disappointing part is when you had participated in their fundraising to get the product on the market and realize you have less benefits than someone who purchased it after it came out.

I needed a replacement piece for my percussive ear plugs and was given the run around by your customer service team. I never received the pieces I need.

I had a hard time getting to fit these comfortably. I will most likely not use them much. For the price of these, I expected an easier process with a better fit.
