I rate the makers has people that are courteous and want to help. I just have had no luck molding it to my ears so that the sound of gun fire does not hurt. I went by the reviews before purchasing, and they cannot all be wrong. I just have had no luck getting the proper fit.

I was told to send an email to Decibullz about the bad headphones. I was advised that there was a 1 year warranty. Haven't heard anything since.

I funded these through Kickstater received them in March 2016 stopped working September 2016. I just sent them back so I will soon see how good the warranty and customer service is. The custom fit ear plugs are great and sound quality was good for the short period that they worked

Backed this project on Kickstarter and received the headphones. Used 4 times and then the unit stopped holding charge.

Despite being an early purchaser and receiving my Deibulz a while back I have only used them for a coouple of hours because they stopped working after that. I have returned them and apparently your colleagues have sent a replacement set as they were faulty ….BUT it has not arrived even though it was supposedly sent three weeks ago !! what to do ? Also FYI the battery pack is pretty poor , it has enough power for 2 and a Half hours apparently … seriously there are some better options available and had I known that this was the story with power I would not have charged in … Its a very important issue guys …. So I now need to get a subsidurary battery somewhere that holds 8 - 10 hours of charge —— that is if the replacement decibulz ever show up ! … I know this may not be what you want to hear but it is unfortunatly what you need to hear …Thank you Kind regards Richard Flax
