Hi I really like how my earbuds fit but I had one set replaced under warranty and now that pair have malfunctioned. Emailed customer service but got no response

I loved the headphones and they were fantastic for almost anything. It was refreshing to be able to hit the gym or go for a run and not worry they'd slip out. Unfortunately the right side has now completely stopped working so they're dead now. The gang at Decibullz were quick to respond and I've sent them off to the U.S. (from Australia) to see if they can be replaced. A bit of a pain considering it costs a bit to ship so not exactly value for money anymore. I like the premise but not sure they're high enough quality to last unfortunately. Maybe I'll have better luck with the replacement pair.

These Earphones gave me the best experience that I have never get from other brands and it was also stylish. However, the cables were too weak to survive working properly with me more than 3 weeks.

I got these to block out my husbands snoring. I followed the instructions carefully and molded them so no parts were sticking out. However, the center plastic part the mold forms around sticks out too much. I tried using all the different inserts for in the ear, but its still uncomfortable for side sleeping. Also the complete seal I need to block out his snoring doesn’t stay for long. Guess I’m going back to using my Hearos ear plugs...

First up, the customer services is second to none. When something goes wrong, they'll do everything to solve it, for free (and I'm in the uk). Unfortunately, the hardware doesn't match the service. I'm now on my 3rd pair in 6 months. Though, I'm less annoyed by the issues as the price point is really low, I've had similar problems with products that cost 5x as much as these. Having said that, when they do work the sound quality is good and the fitment from the moulds is good.
