Although I do like and enjoy your product, I lacks in a couple of things. I use headphone all the time, but I can't use yours every day, because they run out of power faster than my other set of Bluetooth wire less. so althought I do enjoy your product, this is were my purchases end.

I found this product cuts in and out...battery life didnt last verry long...and custom plugs are too large

I'm not sure how you are supposed to heat the the plastic molds without the inserts? And then put the filter inserts in? I made an attempt and it was very difficult. I barely was able to get the filter inserted without totally deforming the plastic mold.

Still waiting on shipment of pre-ordered ear plugs. Can you please give me update?

My review is tentative in that I pre-ordered your new percussive ear plugs to be released April 1 and have not yet received them, nor to my knowledge have they been shipped as yet.
