I sent a message to Decibullz prior to receiving my Decibullz Custom Molded Wireless Bluetooth Earphones regarding how to make them fit with a motorcycle helmet. I followed their directions and am in love with these! They were comfortable inside the helmet and the sound was awesome. I also wore them in a non-helmet state on the freeway and they were fabulous. Only word of caution, I tried to pause my book (the same way I do with my not so great Bose headset) while talking and obviously was not doing it correctly. I accidentally placed repeated phone calls to the last person I had called. Luckily that hotel had no rooms available. Will be getting the directions out when I get home. LOL

I was curious as to the suitability of the Decibullz product for ear protection in a swimming pool, since i have a real Support department within fifteen minutes, which is phenomenal! Thanks.

In spite of my best efforts, I could never seem to find earphones that would stay in my ear or not get tangled on something. I am fortunate enough to have easy access to mass transit to get to work. I even get walk to the station. There are a lot of features that make these the best for me, but the most significant of them is that these decibullz units, due to the molded ear piece, stay in and the Bluetooth version never tangles.

Finally I have found earphones that fit my tiny adult ears. The molding process was easy (I did heat them more than once). I did experience a glitch after a couple months use and got a prompt response along with clear directions on how to resolve the issue. I am a very happy camper. Customer service means as much to me as a quality product. Definitely recommend this company.
