Issue above resolved, only concern was loss of cinch device to shorten cord during repair process

Molds work well and are easy to fit my ears. Sound is good, especially the bass. Cord shorted out after six months of regular use and was replaced for free under one year warranty. I would buy another pair for current $45 price.

I really love the fit that the custom molded inserts give. They stay in even while I'm running or doing agility training. The audio isn't the best I have heard, the battery life is a little shorter than I had expected, but overall a decent product. Customer service was helpful when I had an issue with my headphone but required me to send in headphones so they could be tested before they would send out a new pair, leaving me without headphones for 2 weeks. They did replace the defective head phones no problem though. I would buy again
