Terrible experience

Recently purchased this product, and im super disappointed and dissatisfied with the product. It works for like 20 mins and the battery dies, and takes like 4-5 hrs to charge. Also horrible customer service, contacted to have it returned- was given a link to request a return which didnt work. Contacted their customer support via phone, and was redirected to someone else after talking with someone and they didn’t respond. Left a voicemail mail and never heard back!
