Unfortunately the product I received has stop being able reboil the water. It did it twice for me fine but but hasn’t been able to reboil or keep hot or warm the water since. I even tried restarting it by unplugging and plugging it in. I would return it but I had already tossed the original packaging so unfortunately I’m taking it as a loss

Customer service takes forever to respond to inquiries and have not provided details on my questions.

I received the pan yesterday haven’t use yet found there was scratch on the pan already. Disappointed

This model is too big and complicated. I’ve emailed you a week ago. Please advise how I may return this for refund. I’ve not used it yet.
