I ordered items from May still not received them

Took three months until I got it and the item was defective. It doens't work at all!

Still waiting for my product...

The last communication received about a pre-order was that it was pushed to ship late July. It is currently the end of August and have still have not been notified of anything. Also have not had a response to email attempts.

Ive yet to review the product whichi was told would ship in June. There's no easy way to check order status on your website... so what am i reviewing?
