I pre-ordered the game and still have not received it. It has been nearly a year

Pre ordered in March Wrote you few weeks ago, never got back to me. Not happy D.

I ordered the brawler controller 6 momths ago, was tol to wait be ause of L button issue.

I believe I pre-ordered a copy of Holy Diver. I have not received that yet. Pre-ordered this past winter. Now I am not sure exactly if I was charged at the time of pre-ordering or not. But sometime after that pre-order, I did get my credit card info stolen and have since received a new card. So my problem here is either I have yet to receive a game that I pre-ordered and I believe was to have shipped already. Or I never received an email from you to correct the credit card info. So yeah, I'm less than impressed.

ordered an NES book for a birthday and took me having to email and find out when it was shipping several weeks later before they actually shipped it. as for holy diver and r-type if they dont ship by end of july im canceling they are things id like to have but dont need
