The Xbox mod works. However the same could not be said for the included open xenum modchip and Castlemania/make mhz customer service. I open a support ticket a month ago about this issue have not heard back to date. I cannot use the Xbox without the modchip because I had to replace the motherboard. The HDD is tied to the motherboard(to prove that it was indeed the modchip). This means that without a modchip the console will not boot. I do not have the HDD to the new motherboard. My console is a brick now until I get a new open xenum modchip. The console frags only when the modchip is installed. This means make mhz/Castlemania sent me a broken modchip and refuses to send me a new one. Open xenum modchips are known to be duds sometimes. On Reddit multiple users report the same issue except they get a replacement and I don't.

Ive sent a few emails that never got responces and my most recent order (which was over 2 weeks ago) hasn't shipped yet

I bought a wireless controller that has syncing problems with its receiver. I contacted customer support and made a ticket to get help. That first ticket was closed without actually contacting me in any way. A second ticket gave me advice to a problem that I wasn’t having and had not responded to me after I pointed this issue out. It’s going on a month and I haven’t received any assistance for Castlemania’s broken controller

Product was delayed constantly and when a date was set the product was not sent out as promised. Multiple messages kept on promising the item would be sent out but was not the case. Frustrating and disappointing customer service
