would like to know the status of my order.

No communication on back ordered product, no details as to when the stock is estimated to be in nothing zero communication.

They took my money but never shipped the item. No one is responding. I got an email saying it was on pre-order but then another email saying that was an error and it was in stock. Many many days later nothing has shipped and no one is responding to my emails

Getting absolutely no answer / ignored. And if I get an answer its completely out of context (my request did not get ready and unserstood properly).. See ticket: 50957 60261

I ordered several months ago tracking started but then nothing vI've tried contacting via email via Facebook and via the account with no response I even sent messages stating that I didn't want to give a negative review but I'm going to just submit a PayPal refund I was really looking forward to this item 😶
