I never would use this company to buy something When we had the first inconvenience we call and someone very polite answers our issues with the order online, next we do the proper return we never heard back from them I email more than 3 times to get my full refund, and no one answer my email even more than 3 voicemail I left never responded back, Finally I had to choose to get a report on business bureau to get this thing resolved

2nd time receiving a broken item, still waiting for response.

The HD Retrovision cables are really good when you’re able to get them, but this is my second time getting cables where one of the cables doesn’t work and one of the colors is absent. Eventually you’ll end up with a replacement but it takes forever just for a ticket to be processed. Last time I waited around a month and the only way to get in touch was to submit a BBB claim. My problem was eventually resolved but then my account was banned because they didn’t like that I submitted a claim. I only figured this out a year later when I tried to buy something and the order kept getting cancelled, which I also had to wait to get an explanation on. These cancelled orders also used coupon codes which of course got voided so when I was eventually allowed to place my order I had to pay full price and ended up receiving a broken item anyway. I hate to submit a bad review but I just keep getting bad service here, especially when I’m paying a pretty high price for a component cable.

An Unfortunate End

I attempted to order 3 controllers and, at checkout, was told that only 2 were in stock so I changed my order to 2, expecting that this meant my order would ship in a few business days as my orders have in the past. I was not getting on a pre-order list or anything. After 10 days of no status updates on my order I emailed support. Then, after 5 more days of no response to my support inquiry, I emailed support again. After my second email to support they did email be back the following day saying "Over the last few months we have experienced a higher than normal order amount which has increased the shipping times" and "The estimated timeline for this is to ship by Monday". After another 9 days I emailed support again, now 25 days since my original order, and requested the order just be canceled and refunded. This received no response. Finally today I received an automated email that my order was on it's way, 34 days after my original order (of an in stock item) and 5 days after my request to cancel the order was ignored. I expect what happened was the controllers weren't actually in stock and no one wanted to tell me that. Instead I had to wait until they got more stock maybe? I don't really know. I wasn't the most frequent Castlemania customer but, due to this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future for sure.

Product was delayed too long.

"HD Retrovision cables… Why… why didn’t you come for me…? I waited for you! Oh, how I waited…" No matter how good the product is, it being a month and a half late is unforgiveable.
