Still waiting for my order taking forever not impressed

Unfortunately the EON 64 I ordered was non functional. I wouldn’t necessarily blame castlemania for this but, after explaining my problem They kinda tried to blame the hardware I was using (after explaining I did in fact try using two different N64’s) Lackadaisical in their response.

Little to no communication. Ordered in February and still not arrived

I’ve been trying to contact you so many times via email and phone regarding a missing item on a order but no response. Really bad customer service.

Have sent multiple emails and messages and support tickets and have not sent any response for almost 2 months now
