** Dissappointed customer
Overall, I would have to give a bad because it took over 30 days to get my order to move from initial state, with only one response out of 4 sent for some status. When I ordered nothing was on back/pre order (so why the delay)... Only until I tweeted Ryan 30 days later did he care enough to get my order moving. For Ryan 5 stars.. Not so much for the other process. With such a delay and lack of response, I will not be going out of my way to order from your site again. That is how I feel. Things should move and requests should be answered or your customers will leave. I am disappointed with the the process.
