I have not gotten my package for almost a month, trying to contact them is a pain in my a$$ and the replies I get are not even in proper English and hard to understand, just throwing me in circles. My package has been sitting in a warehouse since the 11th and it is now the 29th I assumed it was lost and when contacted they just provided my shipping status -. - yes I know a label has been made for my package…why has it been half a month.

Wireless Charging on the case worked for 5 min. I overpaid for this product. Now my phone's wireless charging capability doesn't work at all. Waited for this product for a long time .

Terrible. Didn’t get the order correct and worse, the things that were are overpriced Chinese junk.

Customer service still has not responded to me email about my case not being complete

I could not be more disappointed with this company. The products sent were the wrong size and of poor quality. When I inquired about returning the items I was told I needed to ship them to China, which would have cost over $70. Caseles claims to be a US based company, but apparently you cannot exchange or return in the US. When I called to speak with a representative, I received a message that their mailbox was “full. ” This company is a scam, in my opinion.
