Power bank never came, no refund, nothing…no response from customer service until now for this survey

I never want to use a business who doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t provide return shipping labels and doesn’t make it easy for the customer. You have multiple phony addresses which doesn’t make your company valid!!! I want my refund!!!!

This company is horrid: sent the wrong case, and their answer was to say sorry and refund a portion of my money. The other products are overpriced garbage. Take your business someplace else.

I want to return the cases. You’ve ignored each request.
