I would like to return, it’s not close to what I was expecting. I thought the whole case would be titanium, but only the back is shiny, the sides look like a dull gray plastic. The apple logo does not sit in the middle of the mag ring. Inside the mag ring the black ring is missing the bottom 1/3 causing the plastic circle in the middle to be lose and not being attached. Would not recommend the Holden and would like my money back.

Caseles customer service is apalling, the shipping (from China) is very slow, the prices are not competitive, and the orders are often wrong. The shipping company used (GOFO Express) is always terrible. I will never purchase anything from Caseles again.

Horrible customer service ! Forget returns it’s a bait and switch. Just buy more. Keep your old ones. Never mentioning getting your money back.

My case broke within 5 days of receiving it and I cannot get a response to reimburse me. No one answers the phone and I haven't heard back from email.

It broken one day and you can't even charge your phone through it I threw in the garbage
