I ordered two cases and a charging pad. One of the cases is not good. It was $45. 99. I requested a return. . I followed the guidelines, emailed with order number etc. Never heard back . emailed several times. My bill was $135. 00 . You would think they want to treat their customers better.

The case is not good quality, I've emailed you guys with order number several times asking for a return, but after taking $138. 99 for two cases, you never wrote back to me. My issue is with one case. An absolute ripoff.

Sent me the wrong color and the wrong size!!! To send it back to China is to expensive and I don’t want an exchange. I ordered another one from Amazon. Now what????

Sent wrong case for IPHONE 14 - camera lens holes didn't match. Asked support how to return and recived no response even though they said 24 hour response. Terrible customer service

I msde sure to choose the correct case to fit my IPhone and waited impatiently to get my delivery, only to release that it DOESN’T FIT!! So now I have to send it back, and I am so diappointed. Overall though the product looks durable as advertised.
