Very dissatisfied. Hope i can return the wrong Phoebe and finally get the right one.

I ordered a Phoebe case for my IPhone 17 ProMax. the first order was NOT delivered. I ordered this this a 2nd time, what arrived is an iPhone 17 Pro which is too small. I asked how to return this and have not received a response email.
