Phone did not charge with case on as advertised. Metal within case must not be big enough, as it did not securely hold the phone to the magnetic charger. It drops off with little effort. A small bump in the road will dislodge the phone. Also, when the wallet is magnetically attached to the phone, the phone gives a warning that the S pen will not function properly as the magnet interferes. This case looks nice, but functionally does nothing of what it's supposed to.

I haven’t received my purchase yet and it has been over a month.

The case looks very nice but the MagSafe on both cases that we purchased didn’t work on the chargers. I am returning both cases.

Very slow to ship & receive, if you’re going to sell in the US you should have stock the US! Should not have to wait to come from another country.

Ordered a case for a new phone. Took almost a month to arrive, during that time I exchanged for a different phone. In order to return the NIB unopened phone I would have to pay to ship to China. OR I could pay for shipping for a different case. I chose that. Took another month to receive the new case. Love the color and style BUT after one week, the case is peeling!!! I know better than to request a return.
