I never received my merchandise

Even though we order the correct cases for our phone type the cases didn’t fit our phone and came with no instructions on how to install them. We then asked for a refund over a week ago and have yet to hear back from the company. For the very expensive cases that they are their customer service is terrible and the quality of their cases is even worse

Asked support for clarity about the product details. They lied to me and said it had a feature. Requested a return 5 days ago and still haven't heard back.

My delivery came missing one of the 2 cases I ordered. I’ve emailed a few times. Not sure how to get a response. Might ave to go to my bank and do a fraud report to get a refund on that purchase
