Cheaply made low quality not worth the money

My Order #CASE13552 was received incomplete. Missing were the SCREEN PROTECTOR for iPhone 16×1 STYLUS PEN FOR APPLE AND SAMSUNG Stylus pen 2 x 1 I have sent emails asking about the missing items but have only received a response on Thursday, July 10, 2025 to say. . . hello,kindly jeff your another package shipping label will update you later Thank u from Shelly.
