Shipping was long the plug-in cover porch one of the ears was ripped off I've been emailing the company for ever since the day that I got it cuz it was ripped and shipping or something I don't know I have emailed them three different ways to see how I can get this fixed the case is awesome paint scratches off pretty easy in your pocket but it's pretty hard to put a nice paint on a aluminum case I was going to buy more cases from this company because I really liked it even though it had that rip on there but since they won't get a hold of me about how I can fix this I'm going to have to go with a different company sorry

Much less protective than I expected

The correct model was shipped, but in the wrong color. Several emails to Support have gone unanswered for several days. The case seems to be well built, and fits my S23.

Missing part of my order. Waiting on a response from customer service.
