I only ordered one case. They billed me for two

Wrong color delivered and no assistance to return and correct.

Still didn't received. Is impossible to track the package and to get in touch with you. I want my refund

Only purchased case as it was supposed to be fingerprint compatible, it's not. contacted customer service to return as case was not as needed, after several emails, they agreed to return, the 1st return address they gave me was wrong, hopefully they have now given the correct address, now waiting on refund.
