Scam company!

Heard from you after 2nd attempt to communicate with you. Poor, confusing response. Clearly, the response was merely to quiet me down. Very disappointed!

Your company is comical and a sad excuse for a business, hope you go out of business soon so others don't get ripped off.

I was very disappointed having waited weeks for the phone case to arrive, then finding it was the wrong size, and I cant fins a away to get a refund.

In May of 2025 I had ordered a IPhone 14 Plus. On June 4th the case arrived. It was too small for my iPhone. I immediately contacted the Customer Support that the company has several times to either return the cost to my credit card or provide me with the right size. The customer support asked me what was the identification number that was printed on the inside left bottom of the case. I had looked everywhere on the case and could find this number they were talking about. This item came from China. There is a contact telephone number in the US. Every time I call this number I could not talk to a live person because of their automated system. I got so frustrated with this process. On Jun 23rd I paid out of pocket to return the item through the USPS. They have a 60 day return policy for their products so I will see if they honor this policy.
