Working on the books. Going back thru email for invoice and the only thing I have from you is marketing. Surely there is an error somewhere and you do email invoices. First order. Priced fair. Hard to do my books with no easily found paperwork. No, i didnt look on your website. I shouldnt have to. Maybe emailed invoices are not from cableleader in the subject line. Silly either way.

the delivery of the cable adapters was fantastic. Regrettably, I ordered the wrong type and had to return them. I have asked twice regarding the refund with no reply.

It turns out that this adapter should feed to the 5volts to the mouse is missing from the computers six pin connecter. It's being used with a KVM switch.
