half of the 10 cables I ordered were the wrong product. sloppy vendor...

I ordered 3 cables and never received them. The original delivery was returned to you because no one was here the day FedEx tried to deliver and they returned to you. I was told by your CSM they would be shipped out when received but we still do not have them. I would like my money back.
