The controler stop working after like 2 month and the number at so week drop it one time and bumper aren’t working anymore

Improve quality control. Units should be fully operational before delivery. Very disappointed, as someone that has owned 4 TB headsets. This order has left a bad taste.

missing screws

have not opened them up still in box .bought gen 700 a week later .don't like range for mic. don't like that you have to remove usb dongle every time I start my ps4 for the headphones to connect with usb stick .have had to reboot headphones already as headphones won't connect all the time .
