In this day and age to have such an antiquated returns process is a bit of a joke. You need to find an email address and then contact them as opposed to just do it through your account on the website? What a pain. The lack of tracking the returns process is also a joke for a company of your size.

It is unfortunate that one

It is unfortunate that one must ship out their broken product, wait all that time, get a new one and so one... In addition to my bad luck, the replacement yoke I got was "made in China" and broke (physically, this time) within 4-6 hours. So I'm in for another round of waiting...
