I decided to replace my bamboo Linq card only because it began to fray at the edges. While ordering a replacement card I casually mentioned this concern to Monica Northcutt a Linq Support Rep. She immediately offered to credit me for the full amount which I didn't expect nor require. Because of her prompt service I decided to purchase the black matte card which was my first choice but my logo design wasn't ready. Monica offered me a 15% discount towards the 2nd purchase. Wow!! What Monica didn't know was that I was being "courted" by another digital business card company, her expeditious service, great follow through made me a loyal Linq customer. Bravo Monica Northcutt!!!
