Customer service wasn't available via phone but was available via email and was super helpful and responsive (with a response time in under an hour).

Listen, this customer service is beyond words. I had trouble with my order, through no fault of Linq (let me be clear about that). UPS lost my package, and Linq responded to help me within minutes of contacting customer service. Before I could respond good, everything was resolved. I've never ever had customer service that top-notch! They indeed do their best to make you feel valued and appreciated. They understand that choosing them is a choice you don't have to make.
