Though the description said that the item was only in ”good” condition it arrived perfectly, scratch and dent free. Customer service was responsive and very good. The only reason a star was removed is because the shipping took 3 weeks due to an technical issue in Gazelle’s sale system. Overall good experience.

The computer is exactly as I expected and more. The only reason I had to give Gazelle 4 stars out of 5 is because I was sent the wrong MacBook charger with it. Customer service was very nice and assured me they would send me the correct charger promptly. I’m still waiting, so I’ve only been able to turn it on and surf a bit. Since I have to wait for the charger to arrive before I can actually do any real work with it. I have hope though.

The Macbook I received was not the same spec as I ordered. It was is in excellent condition. I requested to return it which gazelle handled immediately with return shipping. Credit was issued to my card quickly. Service was great, I only wish they'd have to the MacBook I want. I will happily use them again.

I’ve only rated it four stars because when it arrived, it had the wrong charger. I was able to call and they said a new, correct charger would be about 7 days. The charger came in about 3 or 4 days. I’m happy with the customer service as well as the product!
