Wrong charger sent but quickly taken care of by customer service.

The phone is great. However, I ordered the 64GB model, I got the 32GB. The charger in the box was pretty weak, not even a 1 amp. The cable they included was a lighting cable, not micro USB. However, I called customer service and they refunded me the difference between the 32 and 64 GB. I would definitely do business with Gazelle again, I paid for a "good" condition phone, and got an "excellent" condition phone.

Great service. Arrived on time. There was a big hole in the box that had been taped up but product was undamaged. Product was received exactly as advertised. Happy with purchase.

looked amazing, battery still very new, customer service has been helpful when i received a broken charger (still waiting on the new one)
